Roadmap to Beta: The new Virb gets a launch date! →
Yoan loves different styles of music in the electronic genre, so after years of delaying doing the things he likes, he started to produce songs to express himself with different sounds for different feelings, moods and occasions.
The music he releases under the name Yoan is currently experimental electronic music that sounds like a mixture between Moby's and Daft Punk's early work and is made with the purpose to take listeners to their fantasy world where they can relax and do whatever they want.
For all other different styles he likes, he will release that music under various project names.
Currently the songs found here on his page are demo's that are live recorded with the goal to release them in the future after their are finished editing and mastering and had enough positive feedback. So, every comment you make on the song counts for its possible release.
Influenced by the sound of the 80's and 90's and the following respected artists:
Jeff Mills, Stanny Franssen (G-force), Danny Casseau, Misjah, Moby, Bountyhunter, Hardfloor, Daft Punk, Underworld, The Prodigy, Blondie, Choose, Frank "Zolex" Struyf, Beverly Hills 808303, Acid Junkies, Miss Djax, Joey Beltram, and many more...
When he reaches 100 fans / followers on virb.com, he is going to give some tracks for free to his fans.
